I have had high cholesterol for a number of years but didn't want to take statins because of the side effects. I started taking Cardiol and Vitality Omega-3 on June 6th after I had tested my cholesterol and found it was 252. I took them both for 2 months and in fact the last couple of weeks I had company so my diet wasn't great and I was a bit worried about what that my do to my results.
I was very happy to see that my cholesterol was 217 on August 7th, I will definitely keep taking my Cardiol and Vitality Omega-3!

A woman in her mid 30's presented with total cholesterol of 381 on May 8, 2011, I started her on 2 Cardiol capsules a day along with dietary changes;I increased her animal protein and drastically reduced starch and sugars.
She tested again on July 26, 2011 with total cholesterol of 199! I am very pleased with these results and will continue to recommend Cardiol to my patients.

I have taken Cardiol for a few months and I find them easy to take with no after taste and I like the list of ingredients to help manage cholesterol
Do not take Cardiol with your statin drug because of the active ingredients in Cardiol. Talk to your doctor about Cardiol and how it may fit into your all-natural cholesterol plan.
